Top 5 Opponents For Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania

With the Royal Rumble down in the record books and WrestleMania 32 fast approaching, I'd like to take a look at 'The Beast Incarnate' Brock Lesnar, and who would be an ideal match up for both fans and himself on the Grandest Stage Of Them All - WrestleMania 32.

I was lucky enough to have attended WrestleMania 30 in New Orleans and see the most eery, spectacular and shocking match in WWE history, Brock Lesnar defeated The Undertaker to end his 21 match winning streak, one that will never be replicated within the company again, with an F5 as he was crowned 'The Conqueror' in front of a white hot New Orleans crowd. The silence was deafening, never before have I witnessed such an atmosphere like it, in wrestling or in real life. So I'd like to take the chance to see who we have on the current roster, and who would bring out the best in The Beast, Brock Lesnar, for a match at WrestleMania.

1. Roman Reigns

Many people may think that because this match has already happened again it would be essentially the same match, thus boring, I argue the complete opposite. In this present day we have a new, fresh Roman Reigns character who we know from their previous bout, that he is more than capable of holding his own, The match was well worked, both competitors worked a good, stiff match and the hole thing was totally believable. Who better to antagonise this Beast, than a cocky Roman Reigns. Title or not, it would be a huge match (with possibly no interruption this time around) and could bring that "big fight" feel to Dallas.

2. Kevin Owens

This option to me would be an absolutely fantastic wrestling match, with sports entertainment thrown in. Both guys are big enough to go at it as heavyweights, and in a day where the longest reign on a title seems to be more common, who could throw in some doubt for the result of the match than Kevin Owens? Brock Lesnar has shown in the past that he likes to hit hard, and often. Kevin Owens has proven from his debut match, that he is a "prize fighter". What's bigger bragging rights than being able to say you've not only faced the biggest guy on the roster, but also BEAT him on the grandest stage of them all? Add the WWE World Heavyweight Championship into the mix and I truly believe you're onto a winner.

3. Bray Wyatt

This option probably isn't a choice you'd immediately think of, but I honestly believe these two could have a legendary match. Paul Heyman has the ability, talent and microphone skills to already build it up to be huge, but Bray Wyatt also has the same microphone skills to build up a feud - remember WrestleMania 31? The Undertaker wasn't seen on the Raw's beforehand leaving Wyatt to build any momentum and excitement for their match by himself. Bray has had a bit of a tough run as of late, but with his family behind him, he's due a good turn and hopefully a good string of wins to build up his dark character even more. He's not a small guy, and with a range of moves to bring down Kane, Undertaker and Big Show - Why wouldn't he be able to tame The Beast?

4. Seth Rollins

This match could definitely happen, there is enough history between them and we've seen the two of them (including John Cena from last years Rumble) have great in-ring chemistry and given Rollins robbed Lesnar in San Jose, California at last years 'Mania it's the perfect build for revenge and redemption from the angry Beast. Given that Rollins is out at the moment, and if the rumours are true and he manages to heal quickly then the perfect return match would be for Lesnar to decimate Rollins - the ultimate payback.

5. Finn Balor

This one is definitely a wild card, a way to debut a new star in the making and what a debut this would be. Finn Balor has recently been tearing it up in NXT, fighting the likes of Apollo Crews, Baron Corbin and Samoa Joe. Now I'm sure you'll agree that none of these are small guys, which further proves my point that Balor would be a perfect choice and can hold his own against the bigger leagues. Further to prove my point, Balor (formally known as Prince Devitt) has battled his way through the independent circuit, and perfected his craft in Japan battling the best of the best of all sizes. If you haven't any idea who I am talking about - please check out Finn Balor on the WWE Network and YouTube for one of the most interesting and exciting entrances that the WWE has to offer, bar The Undertaker, in the present day. All of these points added up make WrestleMania 32 the perfect platform for the future of the WWE to step up.
